Office Assistant

Location: New York, New York

Reports to: Office Manager, New York

The Security Engineer is responsible for designing, evaluating and testing the security of systems to ensure that the systems and data integrity of the organization is being maintained and is up – to – date.


  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Switchboard answering incoming calls and relaying to correct team member or take messages where necessary
  • Accept and sort mail and packages and deal with courier incoming and outgoing
  • Maintain records of suppliers, services, team travel profiles
  • Ensure meeting rooms and office remain neat and tidy
  • Assist with the coordination of meeting arrangements, luncheons, logistics and pre-meeting preparations
  • Assist with work and personal errands and tasks as needed by the Group Exco
  • Keep kitchen area under control and maintain grocery levels of all items
  • Assist Office Manager with organization, special projects, and other support needs for the team
  • Liaise with London Admin Team with regard to team travel and relevant needs for accommodation and office access in both centres
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and suppliers
  • Assist with updating internal spreadsheets
  • Take charge of any additional projects and responsibilities assigned by the Office Manager

  • Strong proven skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proven skills in google docs and apps
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software would be beneficial
  • Skills in social media applications such as Twitter, LinkedIn and others as determined by the team
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills
